Midtown Restaurant Week
Saturday, September 4th to Sunday, September 12th | All Evening
Prepare yourself for another week of variety and luxury with the city’s top Midtown restaurants during the Fifth Annual Atlanta Midtown Restaurant Week. The week long event is scheduled to run Saturday, September 4th, through Sunday, September 12th, 2010. We will showcase dining promotions by offering a $25 three-course, prix fixe dinner menu (plus tax and tip).

Party in the Kitchen
Thursday, September 9 | Patron Reception 6pm–7pm, Main Event 7pm–10pm
Party in the Kitchen will be held at Mason Murer Fine Art located directly next to the site of Open Hand’s future campus. Guests, dressed in all-white attire, will enjoy an evening of music, dancing, cocktails and exquisite cuisine. A fabulous silent auction will offer an array of items including travel and entertainment packages, fine dining experiences, and many unique items.

Jazzoo Atlanta
Saturday, September 25th | 6pm-11pm
Join the fun as Zoo Atlanta and Vantage Realty welcome the 3rd annual JAZZOO on September 25th, from 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. The Zoo serves as a unique, exotic backdrop for over 20 of Atlanta’s best restaurants, providing food, full open bar all evening long.
Proceeds from the event will support Zoo Atlanta’s Access programs that provide free admission and field trips to disadvantaged children and schools!

Cocktails in the Garden
Thursday, September 30th | 6pm - 10pm
Cocktails in the Garden offers a creative monthly theme, which pairs a highlighted exhibit or flower with a specialty cocktail. Chef Jay Swift will have his hand in the kitchen on Thursday, September 30th.
In addition to creative cuisine from Jay, there will be a full cash bar offering wine, beer, soft drinks and cocktails.

Emory Sustainability Food Fair
Friday, October 1st | 10:30am-1:30pm
Students in anthropology have put on a Sustainable Food Fair, in collaboration with the Office of Sustainability Initiatives and Emory Dining, for the last four years. The lively midday event features music and roughly 40 stands of locally grown fresh food for sale, chefs offering delectable and seasonal food samples, stores featuring sustainably grown foods and other products, and nonprofit organizations in the Emory area that are part of the sustainable food movement. The event has become one of the most popular events at Emory.
